Pay Grade | The annual salary range is $68,385 - $109,584 (at 100% appointment) and is based on qualifications, experience, and the placement criteria of Article 14 of the NICFA Collective agreement. |
Position Summary | The Walk With Me research and community engagement project is designed to create systems change and reduce stigma in relation to the toxic drug poisoning crisis, and develop strong connections with trades leaders and students in North and Central Vancouver Island to pave the path for future phases of this work. Through these connections, the research team hopes to pursue meaningful and long-term engagement with trades entities, eventually leading to concrete change recommendations related to service provision and harm reduction in trades. This project will facilitate a hinge between WWM and trades communities and set the groundwork for the project’s sustained evidence-based decision-making related to service provision for those at the heart of the toxic drug poisoning crisis. |
